Annual Security Awareness Training Announcement

It’s Security Awareness Training season again! This year we are pleased to announce that our training will be delivered via our new training platform, KnowBe4.
Why KnowBe4?
We believe this platform will elevate the training experience both for the employee and their supervisor. Employees will get up-to-date and interesting material, and supervisors will be able to easily track their employees’ progress on the same platform.
Annual (Standard) Training
Annual training starts on September 1st. A 20-minute module is available on your personalized KnowBe4 Training Dashboard. You'll receive a notification email with a link to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO). The deadline to complete the training is October 31, 2025.
New: Quarterly Training
Our Advanced Security Awareness Program (ASAP) is a quarterly training program you can join anytime.
Here's how it works:
- The program includes four short, 5-minute modules, with one released at the start of each quarter.
- You'll also get our monthly Security Awareness Newsletter. This newsletter covers current cybersecurity trends, tips, and real-life examples.
- The newsletter is optional, but reading it enters you into a monthly raffle for a prize.
To enroll yourself in ASAP, please sign up using this. Supervisors - you can use the same form to enroll your departments.
